Here are some issues that have already been reported by other players. We are currently working on solutions for each of them.

Legion issues
We are aware of an issue happening for some of our players in which the legions' features do not function properly after the latest update. Our development team is already investigating the issue in order to find a proper solution as quickly as possible. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
Cannot use global or legion chat
We have been informed by some of our players that they are unable to use the global and/or legion chats. No messages can be sent or delivered. The dedicated development team has already been informed of the issue and is working on improvements to the chats' stability. Thank you for understanding.
Game crashes at loading screen
Some of our players have informed us that the game's loading screen goes black after displaying a logo, and the application force-closes. Our development team is already working on a solution and expects to have it available by the next update. Thank you for your patience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade several buildings at once?
No. This feature is only available for Walls at this point.
How do I turn off all sounds?
You can turn sounds off from the Options menu: Tap the "Options" icon, then "Audio Settings." Using the Master Volume slider, turn the volume down to 0. You may also choose to mute only sound effects or music by moving the respective sliders to 0.
How do I adjust the volume of the Music or Sound Effects?
You can adjust the volume settings of the Music or Sound Effects from the Options menu: Tap the "Options" icon, then "Audio Settings." Adjust the sliders to your liking.
How do I change the language of the game?
You can change the language of the game from the Options menu: Tap the "Options" icon, then "Language." Select the flag corresponding to the language you want.
How do I earn Tokens?
There are several ways to earn Tokens: - Completing Achievements gives you Tokens. - Leveling up gives you a small amount of Tokens. - Clearing items such as statues, trees, and tree stumps from your Province can give you Tokens. - You can buy Tokens by tapping the "+" icon on the gray background at the top of the screen next to your Tokens total.
How do I see my Achievements?
On the main HUD, tap the Achievements icon (represented by a golden trophy sorrounded by green laurels).
How do I check my rank?
On the main HUD, tap the Leaderboards icon (represented by a gold cup and green laurels).
How do I earn XP and level up?
You will receive XP by performing various in-game actions such as building, in addition to completing missions in Campaign mode.
How much of the game can I play without paying anything?
You can play the game in its entirety without ever paying a cent; all micro-transactions are optional. You get Tokens for free by performing various actions in the game and your progress is limited only by your skill.
How does the game match me with opponents?
The system first looks for players who have the same City Hall level as the attacker. From among these people, the system chooses a target player with a Score that is closest to the attacking player's Score. If the target player cannot be attacked (either because the player has active Immunity or because the player has already been matched against the attacker within the last 20 fights) then the system selects the player with the next closest Score, and so on. If there are no players with a comparable Score, the system will go back to the first criterion and look for players with other City Hall levels.
Can I transfer Tokens to or from another player?
No, Tokens cannot be transferred between players.
I've completed some missions, but the next level was not unlocked. Why is that?
Each of those missions are "boss" levels, and you need to destroy the City Hall in order to progress further.

I put some units in the Militia, but in a subsequent attack on my base, I noticed from the replay that they did not come out to defend. Why is that?
Your defenders spawned in a previous attack. Just like units that you spawn during an attack, defending Militia units are lost when they spawn, and you have to refill the Militia with new units.
How can I control what my units do after I spawn them?
You can't control your units; you can only control what to spawn and where. Each unit has a different behavior, which is described in its info/upgrade screen and will behave accordingly until it dies.

Do I have to be in the game for building, upgrading or food/gold production to progress?
No, all of these processes will continue (at the same rate) even while you are away.
I can't get past a very difficult Campaign mission. How do I do it?
- Try different tactics and combinations of units. There is no magic recipe for any of the Campaign missions, but different missions require different approaches to win. - Try using a potion to tilt the balance of the fight in your favor. - If all else fails, be patient. Develop your Province some more, upgrade your units, or unlock new ones, then return to the Campaign mission and you'll probably make short work of that previously difficult challenge.
Can I sell or destroy buildings in my Province?
No. Once a building has been completed, you cannot destroy that building or in any way make it disappear. However, you can cancel the building or upgrading process while it's ongoing, and get a partial refund of the expended resources.
What happens if I get disconnected during an attack?
If you get disconnected or close the game during an attack, it will be as if you retreated at the moment of disconnecting. You will keep any units that you have not spawned, and you will win or lose based on the number of stars you obtained up to that point.
For how long am I protected from attacks after I get attacked and lose?
If your Province is successfully raided (the attacker got 1 star or more), you will be granted immunity for a duration dependent on the level of destruction that your attacker managed to inflict: - 0%-25% damage taken gives you 8 hours of Protection. - 26%-75% damage taken gives you 12 hours of Protection. - 76%-100% damage taken gives you 16 hours of Protection.
Can attackers steal all my resources?
During an attack, another player can only steal up to 30% of your total resources. However, after your immunity runs out, you will be open to attacks again, so if you don't log in for a long time, you can potentially lose all your resources.
Can attackers steal my Tokens?
No, Tokens can't be looted during attacks.
If my buildings get destroyed during an attack, does it cost resources to have them repaired?
No. Destroyed buildings will be repaired by themselves the first time you log in after an attack. This will only take a few seconds and it will not cost you any resources.
How can I use the Guardian of Fides?
The Guardian of Fides will become active if at least one of your friends has been playing the game in the past 7 days. The more friends you have playing, the better your Guardian is in battle, increasing its HP and decreasing its recovery time.
My Guardian stopped chasing a unit after a certain point. Is this a bug?
The Guardian will only follow enemies within a certain range of the place you've posted it in. This range is represented by the dotted circle that appears when you select it in your Province.
I'm sure I have friends playing the game, but my Guardian is still asleep or he is very weak when defending my Province. Why is that?
Your Province was attacked while you were away and your Guardian took some damage from enemy units. The Guardian needs various amounts of time to recover after taking damage; this duration gets shorter as you have more friends playing the game.
Can I transfer my game progress to another device?
It is possible to recover your game progress after re-installation or after you replace your device. In order to do this, you just need to install the application on your device and log into the same social network account you used before to get your game progress downloaded onto your device. Please note, however, that this only works within the same platform (iOS, Android, BlackBerry, Windows 8).
Can I have more than one account at the same time?
Yes, you can, but we strongly recommend having only 1 account per device. Abusing the cloud saving feature can cause a loss of your game data.
Can I play with my friends who are using other platforms?
Unfortunately, for now the game does not support cross-platform play. This means that players using one platform (Android, iOS, BlackBerry, Windows 8) are not able to play with players using another platform.
My problem is not listed as a known issue.
