This can happen when the game is launched and your device doesn't have enough RAM to save data. Please close the application, clear the RAM on your device (by closing all apps running on your device from the task bar), and restart the game. If this doesn't help, please shut down the device for 2 minutes and then re-launch the game.

If you connect your device to Facebook, you can restore your progress by signing into the same Facebook account on another device.
