We have received reports from some of our players that, after they finish a mission or location and try to go to another one, it does not open. The dedicated development team has already received the reports and is looking into the issue in order to have it fixed. Thank you for understanding.

We are aware of the issue affecting some of our players in which their game progress suddenly got reset. In order to get your progress restored, log into the same Facebook or Google+ account, or both, on the target device. A pop-up will appear asking you if you want to restore your previous game progression.

Go to the Options menu, then tap a flag to select your language.

Go to the Options menu to increase/decrease the music volume.

Go to the Options menu to increase/decrease the sound volume.

Go to the Options menu, then scroll down a bit and tap to turn notifications on/off.

Go to the Options menu and tap the Connect icon with the Facebook logo.

Go to the Options menu, scroll down and touch the blue "Customer Care" icon.

Go to the Options menu, scroll down and touch the blue "PRIVACY POLICY" icon.

Go to the Options menu, scroll down and select a control mode: 1) TOUCH TO SHOOT: Drag one finger on the screen for movement & touch anywhere to shoot 2) DRAG TO SHOOT: Drag two fingers on the screen to control movements and shooting direction

Log into the same Facebook or Game Center account, or both, on the target device. A pop-up will appear asking you if you want to restore your previous game progression.

You will likely see a message informing you that you've been disconnected, and you will not be able to continue playing. You'll need to restore your Internet connection in order to play.

It depends on what type of mission you are playing: 1) Destroy all enemies (Normal missions -- missions 1 through 5 of each chapter) 2) Survive for a specified time (Special missions -- missions 6 & 7 of each chapter) 3) Collect a specific number of flags (Special missions -- missions 6 & 7 of each chapter) 4) Reach a specific location (Special missions -- missions 6 & 7 of each chapter) 5) Push colorful boxes to their matching portal; for example, blue boxes into a blue portal & yellow boxes into a yellow portal (Special missions -- missions 6 & 7 of each chapter) 6) Destroy the boss (Boss fight -- mission 8 of each chapter)

1) 1st star: Completing the mission (see previous question) 2) 2nd star: Completing the mission in a specific time 3) 3rd star: Various special objectives (using a mine to damage enemies, destroying all objects, etc.)

Your tank will be destroyed if its HP is reduced to zero. In battle, check your tank's HP in the upper-left corner of the screen.

Have the highest kill score (in both Custom & World Battle).

Win as many World Battles as you can.

You won't be able to finish that Custom Battle.

If you get disconnected during the loading screen, nothing happens; everything stays the same. However, if you get disconnected while in-game during a World Battle, your reputation will decrease by 8.

Scroll down and select the orange "Custom Battle" icon in the Main Menu.

Select the big green "World Battle" icon in the Main Menu.

Both Custom and World Battles have the same winning condition: defeat the most enemies. However, there are differences: Increased reputation: 1) Winning a World Battle will increase your reputation on the multiplayer leaderboard. 2) Winning a Custom Battle will not increase your reputation. Opponents: 1) World Battle will pit you against random opponents whose reputation is within a specific range. 2) Custom Battle allows you to choose your opponents, regardless of their reputation. Map settings: 1) There is no option to customize your map in World Battles. 2) Custom Battle allows you to choose the number of lives for each player, the time limit and the number of players.

Select the Star bar with your avatar in the Freemium bar located at the top of the screen to access the Profile screen.

In the Main Menu, select the Objectives icon, then select the Achievements tab.

In the Main Menu, select the Objectives icon, then select the Titles tab.

In the Main Menu, select the Objectives icon, then select the Quests tab.

You can check your current progress in active quests in the Quests screen. Once you complete a quest, check the Quests screen again and touch the green Collect icon to claim your rewards.

Normal comments show the result between two players in a multiplayer battle. For example, the battle icons of Player00 1 and Player00 2 will be displayed. Special comments show player achievements in a multiplayer battle, such as: 1) Double Kill: Defeating 2 tanks in a row, with less than 10 seconds between kills and without dying 2) Triple Kill: Defeating 3 tanks in a row, with less than 10 seconds between kills and without dying 3) Rampage: Defeating 4 tanks in a row, with less than 10 seconds between kills and without dying 4) Domination: Defeating 5 tanks in a row, with less than 10 seconds between kills and without dying 5) Untouchable: Defeating 6 tanks or more without dying 6) First Blood: Defeating the first tank in the battle 7) Raging Revenge: Defeating a player who killed you before

Select the Leaderboard icon in the Main Menu.

The rewards are based on your user rank on the weekly leaderboard: 1) Ranks 1 through 3: 200 Cash 2) Ranks 4 through 50: 100 Cash 3) Ranks 5 1 through 100: 50 Cash

The Mission Score is the score that is calculated when you complete a solo mission, and is based on: 1) How many stars you got 2) How much time was left at the end of the mission 3) How much HP you have remaining at the end of the mission

The Total Campaign Score is the summary of all your Mission Scores. You can view it by selecting the green trophy icon in the Mission Completed or Mission Objectives screens.

Touch your friend's name on the leaderboard, then select the Challenge icon. You can also access your friend's profile and select the blue Challenge icon there.

Respawning gives you another chance to complete a mission when you are defeated. You can pay Cash to continue the mission from when you were destroyed. To use this feature, select the Respawn icon in the Mission Failed screen.

The Inbox is where players get server messages, requests and gifts from friends. To access the Inbox, select the Inbox icon in the Main Menu.

Facebook and Game Center.

You will be forced to use an anonymous account, and the game will ask you to create a name for yourself.

From the Main Menu, select the Friends icon. Alternately, select the Inbox icon, then select the Friends List icon.

From the Friends List, select your friend's name.

Your Friends List will be split into two categories: 1) Friends List: Includes friends from your Facebook/Game Center friends list; these friends have already played the game and are automatically added to your Friends List. 2) Invite/Add Friends: The people in this list will be friends from your Facebook friends list who have yet to play the game. You can send them invitations to ask them to download and play the game.

Access your friend's profile screen and select the "Try this tank" icon.

After finishing a mission with a friend's tank, you will receive an offer to buy that tank at a discount.

You can pay Cash to skip the wait time.

You can purchase items from several locations: 1) The Shop (of course) 2) Recommended items located in the Mission Equipment screen 3) The Mini-Shop located in the in-game menu screen 4) From One-Time Offers 5) By buying your friend's tank after using it to complete a solo mission 6) Booster pop-ups 7) Recommended items located in the Battle Completed screen in multiplayer mode

You can use both Coins and Cash to purchase items, but of course, items purchased with Coins will be less efficient than those purchased with Cash.

Items in Tank Battles are divided into the following categories: Body Parts: 1) Coin Body Parts: maximum 2 special skills and medium stats 2) Cash Body Parts: maximum 3 special skills with great combinations and much more powerful stats Equipment (bombs, mines, turrets): 1) Coin Equipment: medium stats and effect 2) Cash Equipment: powerful stats and effect Boosters (can only be purchased with Cash): provide bonus HP and the Harmless skill, and prevent your reputation from decreasing

Yes, you can purchase: 1) Bundles: Allow you to purchase several items at an appealing discount. 2) One-Time Offers: After you defeat a boss, the game will offer you a random item at a tremendous discount -- up to 70% off!

Powerful items will be offered to you at a tremendous discount after you beat the boss of each chapter. These offers are ONE-TIME only. If you walk away from the offer, you will lose it forever.

In the Shop, you can see discounted items with red marks displaying the percentage off. These discounted items will change periodically.

The Mini-Shop only sells equipment to help you play with more ease and to help you purchase faster in battle. You can access the Mini-Shop directly while in-game by touching the Pause icon.

Recommended items are items that provide serious help to you in completing a mission. You can see item suggestions at the Mission Equipment and Mission Failed screens.

You can only earn Coins in World Battles. You will earn Coins every time you destroy another user's tank. The total number of Coins you earned in a multiplayer battle will be displayed in the Battle Result screen.

You will earn Coins by: 1) Destroying computer-controlled enemies 2) Destroying objects (walls, trees, etc.) 3) Completing Star Objectives

You can earn Cash by: 1) Unlocking specific titles 2) Climbing to specific rankings in the Weekly Multiplayer Leaderboard 3) Reaching specific achievements 4) Completing specific quests 5) Logging into Facebook for the first time 6) Earning 2 4 stars in a specific chapter 7) Doing specific actions to get free Cash (Tapjoy, etc.)

You can pay real money to purchase Cash through in-app purchases.

Please make sure your device is not rooted, and that your game version and operating system are up-to-date. If your device is rooted, please restore the original firmware. If your game still crashes upon launch or after playing for some time, here are a few possible solutions. Free up more operating memory for the game (go to Applications → Running → Stop) and have as much free space as possible. If the game still crashes, try restarting your device. You can also perform a soft reset by removing the battery from your device, then re-inserting it after one minute (this can somtimes resolve issues, such as crashed apps, without clearing data from your device). If all else fails, delete the game from your device and re-download it. To download your game data back onto your device, make sure you log into the same social network account as before (Facebook, Game Center, Gameloft LIVE!, etc.).
