Nothing can be purchased anything from the Shop, Infirmary of Workshop, it says available at population 0. Population numbers are negative, although there are many houses and people in the town.

Food, lumber and energy that you win are added directly to the corresponding status bars at the top of the screen. If a bar is already full, items can't be added because of lack of free space and thus disappear. Make sure that these bars have some free space before prospecting for free, just in case you win something.

Time-limited items are a new type of unique purchase in OTAS. They are available in the Shop for a limited time only, and will be removed from the Shop after that time expires. Buying these items will help to make your town unique.

By building the Photo Studio, you'll unlock a new feature that allows you to take photos of your Town and share them on your Facebook wall to show off your achievements in town-building.

You can only send gifts once per day to each of your friends. If, at any time, it's not possible to send gifts to any of your friends because of this restriction, the Send Gift icon will be disabled.

It should be disabled if you do not have any incoming messages.

The list of possible lottery prizes is dependent on the player's current level, so you can see (and win) only some of the items on the list until you level up. To access new prizes, you need to reach levels 31 and 91.

Once a day, you can help your neighbor collect the revenue from their buildings, animals or farm plots. You may only perform 5 actions in each neighbor's town per day.

To expand your land, you need to visit the last tab in the Shop. Tap on the Expansion icon and then select one of the areas available for expansion.

Whenever you need more food, you can just purchase it with in-game Cash. For your convenience, an offer will be presented to you whenever you try to perform an action and do not have enough food left. You can also obtain food by placing Farming Plots on your land. You may then tap the plot to choose what you wish to grow. Each plant displays how much food will be gathered and how fast it will be ready for harvest. Additionally, you can get more food by hunting, fishing or tending to your animals.

Every time you chop down a tree or place a new building, a startled animal might appear roaming through your town. To hunt the animal for food, tap on it. Your settler will come in range with the rifle and shoot. You need a couple of shots before the animal goes down. You can upgrade your shotgun in the Special section of the Shop to hunt animals faster. You can also purchase animal bait in the same section of the Shop to attract more animals.

To go fishing, just tap the lake on the outskirts of your settlement. You will be prompted to use a worm; you cannot fish without bait. Once you do, your settler will start fishing and you will see a floating bobber. Watch it carefully and tap on it when you see it going down. If a fish is hooked, swipe the screen towards the settler to reel it in.

Each time you go fishing, you will be prompted to use a worm. If you have none, you can buy more right then. You can also obtain worms through your Workshop or obtain them as a gift from your friends. If you need some on the spot, you can speed up the process by using some Cash to instantly finish production.

Whenever you need more lumber you can just purchase it for in-game Cash. For your convenience, an offer will be presented to you whenever you try to perform an action and do not have enough lumber left. You can also get more lumber by chopping down some of the trees on your land. To chop a tree, just tap on it. You will see your settler head to it and start chopping. It takes 7 chops to bring a tree down. You can reduce the number of chops by upgrading your axe. To do so, visit the special section of the Shop and scroll to the Golden Axe.

You can expand your land to use the trees on a neighboring plot or you can buy lumber for Cash in the Resources section of the Shop. Additionally, you can buy Pine Trees or Pine Tree Saplings from the Land section in the Shop. The saplings will slowly develop into fully grown pine trees.

Decorations give a bonus to any production buildings within a limited area. When placing or moving a decoration, the highlighted area demonstrates which buildings will receive the decoration bonus.

You can produce medicine for your sick pioneers in the Infirmary, and various useful items in your Workshop. You can check your stock of crafted items at any time by looking in your Inventory in the Tools menu.

You can purchase more cash at any time by tapping on the + sign in the top menu bar. You may also obtain cash by using the "Free Cash" icon in the game menu.

It may happen that the Internet Connection is not detected. Killing the app from the taskbar and restarting it while Internet Connection is already ON should solve this problem. If it doesn't, please turn off your device for 2 minutes, and then restart it.

Your friend will be automatically displayed in your Friends section as your Neighbor, as long as he/she is also playing the game and you are both logged in on the same Social Network. Some buildings can be collected from every couple of minutes, some every couple of hours, while others take days before they can be collected from. To see how soon a building can be collected from, tap on it and check out the timer in the lower side of the Info Screen.

This can occasionally happen when the game is launched and it is checking for Internet Access. Please try disabling your internet connection (or putting the device in Airplane Mode) and starting the game again. If this doesn't help, shut down the device for 2 minutes and then launch the game once again without Internet Connection. Once the problem is solved, you can safely reactivate the Internet Connection.

You can earn cash by prospecting for gold through the mini-game that is made available when you buy the Prospecting wagon. You can also get free cash by watching movies. Sometimes you'll need to wait a few hours or restart the game to receive earned cash.

You can download updates without launching the game. In order to do this, please go to the App Store to find all the updates available for your device. You were trying to sell a wounded animal or a damaged building. To remove them from the map, you need to spend money; if you repair/heal it, you can again receive coins by selling it, as usual.

Each of these three buildings can reduce damage resulting from certain types of disasters, if it is active when the disaster occurs. To activate these buildings, you should supply them with cash. Upgrade buildings to reduce possible damage even more!

This is the result of updated disaster features. As usual, buildings that were affected by a disaster stop producing. To repair them, please seek the help of friends or craft the required materials.

They are the new NPCs who will give you new quests. If you've already reached level 50, then you will definitely meet them soon.

The Mood of your townsfolk is their general happiness about the way you run things. When you don't check in on them, the settlers miss you; they get sad and Mood declines. However, if you tend to them each day, collect from your buildings and animals, and supply your stores, you will receive Morale points that progressively improve your town's Mood. Happy settlers work harder, so your income from houses and buildings will also increase, while unsatisfied settlers will produce less than expected.

We would like to inform you that the option to log in with Gameloft LIVE! will be removed in the next update. However, you can still use Facebook, Google+ (if you play on an Android device) or Game Center (if you play on an Apple device) to stay connected with your friends.

Please make sure your operating system and game version are up-to-date. If your game still crashes upon launch or after playing for some time, here are a few possible solutions. First, try a simple soft restart: Hold down the lock button located at the top of your device for a few seconds, then slide to power your device off when prompted. If this does not help, try a hard restart: Hold down the lock button and the home button for a few seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the prompt to power off and just keep holding those two buttons. This method involves a substantially longer restart than the soft restart mentioned earlier. If neither the soft nor hard restarts work, try deleting the game from your device and re-downloading it. Note that all game files will be removed and will be unrecoverable.

The Traveling Map is brand-new content for the game. Specific characters and quests for it are displayed early in the game (Level 10), but the Traveling Station and Gold Rush Claim are only available from Level 20. Once you enter the Map, you'll be able to visit various locations offering resources for your Town, exclusive free items, and also Gold you can use to boost your production times in Town (reduces production times by 50%).

Using crafting items is not mandatory for traveling. They are used to secure your wagon. You can take a risk and travel unsecured, but if you fail, you will come back to your previous location and have to wait for your wagon to be fixed.

You can buy Production Boosts from the Gold Rush Claim building in your Town (or through the Gold icon on the Map interface). You can have access to 4 different types of boosts (Businesses, Houses, Animals/Crops, and Crafting items). You can use several at the same time once you upgrade the Gold Rush Claim (also using Gold).

Items crafted in the Infirmary can be used to heal town residents of various sicknesses and injuries. Items crafted in the Workshop are required to complete the construction of certain types of buildings. Items crafted in the Vet Clinic help to heal injured animals. Of course, all of these items can be sold. Since the recent introduction of the Traveling Map in the game, crafting items are also used to secure your wagon.
