The possible reason for this issue is that your device has been rooted, and some applications are affecting the state of the game. Please make sure that there aren't any applications trying to hack the game.

Some users have informed us that after purchasing Nick's Investment Fund they receive an error message reading "Request timed out. Please check your connection or try again later." Please note that this error appears by mistake and all the Runes from Nick's Investment Fund are successfully added to your account.

In order to transfer your game progress to another device, please make sure you are logged into your Facebook or Game Center/Google+ account on your first device. Then you just need to download the game on the second device, complete the tutorial and log into the same Facebook or Game Center/Google+ account in the Game Settings. After that, please reboot your device and open the game again. Note that you can transfer your progress only within the same platform; that is, only from iOS to iOS (or from Android to Android, or from Windows to Windows), but not from iOS to Android/Windows or vice versa. In other words, if your second device is running a different platform, you will only be able to start a new game.

Please note that the event score does not update immediately and usually it takes some time (up to 24h) for it to be updated in the Leaderboard. So please do not worry, and keep playing -- your score will be updated soon!

First of all, we would like to warn you that using multiple accounts on a single device may cause save conflicts, which may lead to progress loss. If you want to change the Facebook account used in your game, make sure to log out of your account in the Facebook app and Safari browser, then log out in-game. After this is done you will be able to log into a different account.

Some players complained that they were not able to complete the last Weekly Quest "Finish all the current weekly challenges" as there are only 6 quests out of 7 and the last one is missing. Please note that this is already a known issue and it will be fixed soon.

We received several complaints from players claiming that pressing L2 and the A button together doesn’t activate the ability slotted in the bottom slot or that the bottom middle slot can't be triggered by controller. Please note that we are already working on this issue to have it fixed by the next update. 

A few players complain that they are not able to purchase some items from the Battlefield shop though their rank is appropriate and they receive "Tier is low" error message. Please rest assured that the issue is already known and it will be fixed in the next update. 

A few players complained about not being able to purchase a certain title even though in the previous season they were in the corresponding league. Please note that it's not a bug, and if you want to make a purchase, e.g. Platinum title, you need to be in Platinum league in the current Season.

Several players reported that the Spring Festival menu shows 0 days left till the Event ends. Please note that it is only a graphics issue and we are already working on it. The end date of the Festival is March 6, 2018 and festival vendors will be available for 2 more weeks.

World Events let players team up and fight an Event Boss at the same time each day. Just log in at the appointed time and travel to the location specified on the map.

There are two types of dungeons: Solo Dungeons and Classic Dungeons. You can challenge Solo Dungeons alone, or team up with friends to complete Classic Dungeons.

Travel to a dream world distinct from your core adventure where you can complete challenges to earn rewards. There are four Dream Dungeons available that can only be entered during designated times.

There are four dungeons with Adventure AND Legend mode. Adventure mode is gradually unlocked through leveling up and game progression, and has a moderate difficulty. Legend mode is only available to adventurers that reach Level 45 or higher. In this mode, you'll experience tougher challenges and greater rewards!

There are two ways to enter Classic Dungeons: Join a queue to quickly be matched with other players waiting to enter the dungeon, or build a team with friends to brave its dangers together.

You can also gain skills via items and enchanted equipment. • Each skill has various options for enhancement, so you can customize your hero the way YOU want! • Animations are sharper and more precise, allowing a deeper immersion into the world of Haradon. • With an improved control engine and AI system, combat and exploration are even MORE intuitive!

Blood Knights can serve as a Tank or melee DPS. They sacrifice hit points to use their skills, and have a special combat resource called "Demon Blessings." Some of their skills earn them Demon Blessings, while others consume them, causing damage and other special effects. Blood Knights also have the ability to leech health from their opponents. They're a recommended class for experienced players only!

Check the Info Center each day to view information on Daily Challenges and daily rewards. Don't forget to sign into Nick's Calendar to get your daily gift! You can also view info on the Daily Challenge, limited-time Tournaments, and dungeons. Check your Mailbox to view info on discounts and visit the Free Lottery.

You can view info on the randomly selected Daily Challenge and reward in the Info Center. Complete up to six of these challenges a day to earn all available rewards!

Tournaments are ongoing competitions you can choose to enter. Once you've reached a certain level, you'll receive information on Tournaments as they become available. Enter a Tournament by completing its specified objectives. There are up to three milestone rewards you can earn for participatng, as well as rewards you can earn for your rank on the leaderboards.

The new Weapon Fusion system allows you to collect weapons that can be upgraded by absorbing other weapons and materials found on your adventure. Fusion Weapons require XP to upgrade, but they're more powerful than other weapons of the same level. You can use the Crafting system to produce rare Fusion Materials that yield tons of XP when absorbed by your Fusion Weapons.

Corridors are a teleporter system that allows you to travel quickly around Haradon. You have to activate Corridors before using them by finding them in the course of your adventure. Once a Corridor is active, you can select it from the Map screen to be directly transported there.

You can form a party, add friends, create guilds, and buy and sell items via the Auction House. Also, the optimized chat function makes communication between yourself and other players more efficient than ever!

Level up your character by earning XP from: • Completing Quests • Completing Instant Quests • Defeating monsters • Completing Dream Dungeons • Completing Classic Dungeons • Completing Events

Quests and Instant Quests yield XP, but cost Vigor to complete. Any Vigor you don't use one day will turn into Double Vigor the next. Double Vigor doubles the amount of XP you can earn by completing a quest. When you run out of Vigor you'll no longer be able to complete quests, but you can still play Solo Dungeons and Classic Dungeons to gain XP. Both your XP and Vigor are displayed on the XP bar in the menu.

H.E.R.O. stands for "Haradon Exploration and Research Organization," a group affiliated with the Amber Order. Join H.E.R.O. by purchasing Runes from the Store to supply the group with research funding and become a member! You'll receive many benefits from your membership, such as: • A discount on the H.E.R.O. pack in Nick's Shop • The ability to create guilds once you've reached H.E.R.O. Level 3 • The ability to place items up for sale from anywhere within the Auction House • The H.E.R.O. There are two types of PvP combat to enjoy: the Duel system and PvP areas. The Duel system allows players to send challenges to other players and begin dueling as soon as the challenge is accepted. PvP areas are like battlefields on the map that automatically grant players PvP status so they can fight anyone within the area.

You can choose to revive at the nearest Corridor, or at the exact spot of your death. Choosing Corridor revival is free and will teleport you there directly. Note: Activate as many Corridors as you can during your adventure; if you die in a map with no active Corridors, then you'll revive at the start of the map. Choosing to revive at the exact spot of your death will cost you some Runes; the exact number depends on where you died. Note that you cannot choose to revive at the exact spot of your death if it was an abnormal death, such as death by falling.

Go to either the Skill or Bag sections of your inventory and select the green arrow at the top right of the screen to open your Pouch. Then, drag and drop skills or items into the Pouch to allow greater ease of access to them while adventuring.

Linking your social network account to Order & Chaos 2: Redemption not only provides you with more mobility but also improves your account security. Once your social network account is linked, you can migrate your save seamlessly across multiple devices, and easily retrieve your previous progress or character info in case of a loss or of unintended character deletion.

Winter Nostice begins on December 8th and ends on December 29th. When the festival begins, you can start the Quests from the Emperor's Square in Coramir.

There is a lot of fun and unique stuff to wear. You can get Evergreen Seed and Northstar Light as soon as you join the festival event, and you can exchange them to get some of the fun stuff from the merchant in the festival camp. Also, opening the special gift pack gives you a chance to get lots of other fun stuff. Nick joined the festival too, and you can get several items from Nick's Treasure Hall.

Equipment scrolls can be sold to merchants. As for other materials, you can trade with armor merchants for new materials.

Yes, you can change the reward settings before entering the Dream Dungeon by tapping on the treasure chest icon on the Dream Dungeon page.

Your Gear Score is the sum of all your equipment items' levels. It is a measure of the strength of your weapons and armor. To improve it, you can fuse your weapons, make better armor, or trade for better accessories.

Please note that the server is automatically set based on your geographical location. Therefore, players from Asia cannot play on European or American servers and vice versa. Nonetheless, we consider this functionality to be part of the normal operation of the game.

Kindly note that the rewards (loot) will be given only to the player who made the greatest contribution to killing the boss. The more damage you deal, the greater chance you have to receive the loot.

Kindly note that the game doesn't provide an opportunity to transfer items between characters. If you don't need an item, feel free to delete or sell it.

A collectable card series published by the Amber Order, each with their own unique card face.

The magic inside these cards can boost your battle power! There are five types of cards: Weapon, Monster, Terrain, Resource and Armor. Each type can be identified by their icons. You can put up to five cards in your Card Deck. Each card provides at least one Intrinsic Skill. Cards can also have additional skills called Combo Skills. Combo Skills won't work on their own, and appear grey if you don't have the required type of cards in your deck to activate them. Both Intrinsic Skills and Combo Skills provide powerful effects.

World Events and Dream Dungeons might reward you with Haradon Card Fragments. You can also always visit the Haradon Card Parlor in Nick's Treasure Hall. You may loot "Locked" Haradon Fragments after defeating Elite Monsters and World Bosses. These "Locked" Fragments can be traded to other players before being used.

Feed Card Fragments to Haradon Cards to level them up. If the Card Fragment is the same type as the card, you'll get more XP than usual.

A Haradon Card usually needs its own Card Fragment and some Materials to increase its Star Rank. You can get Materials from Dream Dungeons.

Fireworks are a type of bomb. They can be used to attack the Festival Event boss, the "Nian." First, equip them in your Pouch, then use them to fight the Nian.

You can find it on Paradise Isle in Coramir.

The game currently supports standalone extended controllers only.

You can connect the controller at any time. The game will identify the controller automatically. When the controller is disconnected, the game will switch to touch mode.

Use a Companion Badge to summon a Companion to your side and join in on the adventure! You can also equip Companion Badges to gain boosts to your attributes.

You can feed your Companions various foods to help them grow stronger. Different Companions have different food preferences -- feed them their favorites to get the best growth results! Each Companion has a unique Skill, which is strengthened when that Companion is upgraded. Some Companions can even be evolved. Try evolving your Companion and see what happens!

Guild Missions include Co-op Missions, Bounty Missions and Weekly Missions. Co-op Missions and Weekly Missions provide Research Funds and Guild Fame for your guild, and Guild Credits for guild members. You'll still get rewards even if you don't personally participate in these missions. But if you do participate in the Co-op Missions, you'll get more Guild Credits. Bounty Missions cost you Guild Credits. You must complete these yourself, and you'll be rewarded with a chest.

If you donate to your guild, you will receive Guild Credits and your guild will receive Research Funds.

Two Guild Skill slots are provided to every player at the start, and you can unlock the rest of the Slots to equip up to five Skills.

There are seven types of Element Attributes: Fire, Ice, Lightning, Poison, Occult, Divine and Shadow. These all have Protection and Proficiency.

Every inscription from each class's Active Skills will have some type of Element Attribute. Some class Skills without inscriptions will also have an Element Attribute. You can find information on this in the SKILLS -> ACTIVE menu.

Planting roses increases your Isenheart's Day tournament score. And instead of harvesting the roses in the garden, you can receive extra seeds and a variety of Isenheart's Day toys.

You have eight plots of soil, so you're able to plant eight flowers at the same time. Each seed type has a different plant growth time. A "Rose Seed" needs 20 minutes to become fully grown, an "Enchanted Rose Seed" needs 120 minutes and a "Blessed Rose Seed" needs 480 minutes.

In order to finish the quest, please do the following: Upgrade your Heritage Weapon to a weapon of the Gods, unequip the Heritage Weapon and abandon this quest. As soon as it's done, restart the device and pick up the quest again. The weapon will be recognized.

Please note that in order to download or update a Gameloft game, you need to be connected to Wi-Fi (not 3G/4G) and have twice as much available internal storage as the size of the game (e.g. if the game's size is 2 GB you will need at least 4 GB free). This extra storage won't be used after the game is installed or updated but it is necessary for proper download and performance. If you are having any issues downloading or updating a game, please remove unused applications, photos and videos in order to free up more storage. If you used to play a game on a device that is no longer supported, you can continue playing on another iOS device which is supported. If you have another device and would like to continue playing the game on it, you can retrieve your old progress by logging in with the same social network account (Facebook / Game Center / Gameloft LIVE!) that you used before in the game settings.

Also, try clearing the cache: 1) From the home screen, tap the Settings icon; 2) On the Settings screen, scroll down and tap the Safari icon; 3) Under the Privacy section of the Safari screen, tap the icon labeled "Clear Cookies and Data"; 4) On the confirmation screen, tap "Clear Cookies and Data" again. In addition, you may also try these other steps: 1) Upgrade the operating system and the application to the latest version; 2) Restart the device from time to time to free up some memory; 3) Make sure that unnecessary applications are closed when you play. If the sound in your game has disappeared, this could be caused by several factors. We suggest that you do the following: 1. Make sure that you have the sound ON in your in-game settings; 2. If the sound is ON but the game is still silent, try quitting the game and restarting the device; 3. Check whether your device is muted; this will affect the game state as well; 4. Try plugging in and unplugging your headphones; 5. Try opening another application and see if the sound works there; if there is no sound there too, the problem could be with your device, not the game.

If you are experiencing any issues with controls (manual or gyroscope), first of all, please follow the below troubleshooting steps which usually help in such cases: 1. Make sure no one else is connected to your Wi-Fi network; 2. Make sure you are not running any streaming or P2P software on your Wi-Fi network; 3. Make sure the signal strength is at maximum; 4. If the problem persists, please shut down your device, restart your Wi-Fi router, restart your device, reconnect to Wi-Fi and try again. If the problem relates to the gyroscope and persists after performing the above steps, please try re-calibrating the accelerometer on your device inside the game settings. Some of our games also support external controllers. Please check specific game FAQs for more details.

The majority of Gameloft games provide an opportunity to synchronize your progress on several devices running the same operating system (i.e. you can transfer your progress between Apple devices). There are also several games that provide an option to transfer progress from iOS to Android devices and vice versa (please see specific FAQs for each game to see if this option is present there). Please note that although you do have such an option, we strongly suggest that you play on one device at a time, as playing on both the new and old devices can generate progress conflicts. If your progress was reset after resetting the device / updating the game / reinstalling the game, or if you have bought a new device, you have an option for recovering your old account. All you need to do is to log into the account (Facebook / Game Center / Gameloft LIVE!) you previously used in the game. You also have the option to back up your progress this way (for iOS devices only): 1. Connect your older iOS device to a computer with the latest version of iTunes installed; 2. Select your iOS device in iTunes under Devices; 3. Right-click the device and select "Back Up". To restore game progress from a backup: 1. Connect your new iOS device to the same computer; 2. Select your iOS device in iTunes under Devices; 3. Right-click the device and select "Restore from Backup". If that didn't solve the problem or if you didn't have these options before the issue occurred, please contact us from the in-game Customer Care section describing in greater detail the specific issue that you encountered.

As a rule, you should be able to log into your Facebook or Game Center account through the game's settings. If the game does not provide an option to log in with any social network, that could be caused by the age you have entered on the Age Confirmation screen. We were requested to introduce the Age Confirmation screen as a part of new regulations in several countries. Please be advised that the changes mentioned above involve removing all social network connections and other features that might disclose players' real names or other personal information. These regulations have been set up to protect children from unwanted social interactions. If you are unable to connect to your account due to a specific error or if the account just loads but nothing happens, we suggest that you try the following troubleshooting steps that usually resolve such issues: 1. Turn off your device and Wi-Fi router for a minute or two; 2. Turn them back on and check whether the application is working properly; 3. Make sure your Wi-Fi network is password-protected so no one else is using it and lowering your bandwidth; 4. Make sure you do not have any streaming or P2P software running on your Wi-Fi network; 5. Log in with Game Center / Facebook through the app via the game's settings.

If you have noticed that a certain amount of your in-game currency is missing, this means that it has been somehow spent during gameplay. Participate in the Renewal Egg Battle and become the Cull-ector Champion! The battle occurs three times every day, similar to other Festival Events! Collect as many eggs as you can while defeating fellow Cull-ectors. Crack open the eggs to get wonderful Festival items and increase your tournament score!

Treasure Tunneling is a competition in which players toil to be the one who unearths the fabulous buried treasure! Each use of the shovel digs one meter deeper. If you don't have any shovels, you can spend a Rune to dig immediately. Different maps need different shovels, and their prices vary. Remember, other players will be digging as well -- their efforts may help or hinder you from discovering the reward in the deep! You'll receive a notification before the event starts so don't worry about missing out!

You can convert unnecessary fragments into new fragments. Each conversion costs 3 fragments, and all the fragments can be the same. The result is random, and you have a chance to get super-rare fragments!

You can dismantle equipment and items you don't want into their component materials in their Details tab. You can do this in your bag.

You can get crafting materials from armor (advanced or higher), and some debris which can be sold to a merchant.

When you dismantle armor with a Gear Score of 943, you'll receive the Artist's Heart instead of the Fragment of the Artist's Heart. (All other rare armor only provides fragments.)

When the event starts, check your map for any highlighted areas -- that's where you'll find potential relics. Go to those areas and search for the relic's exact position. When you're in the relic area, a yellow notice will pop up on the screen (just like when entering PvP). Use your tools -- the Arcane Excavator and the Supercharged Arcane Excavator -- and if you're lucky, you'll discover an ancient treasure. And if you don't, feel free to try again! You can use the Long-Lasting Treasure Charm to increase the odds you'll find treasure. The Prophetic Compass and the Odometron can also help you hone in more accurately on the treasure's location!

This new feature lets you move your characters between different servers. You can find it on the Character Selection page. Just follow the steps in the instructions to easily use this function!

The proficiency level of the Dragon Card will increase when you level up all the required cards for this Combo Skill. To be more accurate, the base card "Dragon" will need to be leveled up as well. In other words, the Combo Skill increases according to the lowest level of the 4 cards (base card and 3 required cards).

There are various ways of acquiring the new equipment. Not only can you get them through crafting, but you can also get them directly as loot from dungeon bosses and chests.

We have a level limit for all maps and if your character level is higher than the limit of the map that you are in, your level becomes the same as the map's level limit. No worries, though; your level will go back to normal once you go to a map with a level limit higher than your character's level.

The new Crafting system has been optimized to be more powerful and easier to learn. Use this system to manufacture items and armor for all your daily needs. If you'd like to craft more powerful items and armor, defeat bosses and collect the rare design Scrolls and Materials they drop. Valuable materials can be used to upgrade your Fusion Weapons more quickly!

All of the equipment you craft is now more useful than before. You will need all of your lower-level equipment in order to craft their higher-level versions, so make sure you keep your old equipment and don't skip any crafting steps. And don't worry: Most of your old crafting materials will also still be useful.

They're games held every year to help unite Haradon, of course! The Haradon United Games consist of several mini-games, and a race across the land: the Harathon! You can join in on the fun every day at Paradise Isle in Coramir. Just remember to first register for the race by checking the Festival menu panel. It will provide guidance on how to register and sign up for the Harathon.

1. Mini-games: There are five different mini-games in Paradise Isle: Patch Ball Shootout, Dodgetheball, Ballfoot, Water Balloon Toss and Singular Sprint. 2. The Harathon: This is a racing game across the world that everyone can participate in. Once the race starts, cross the starting line and make your way through the checkpoints. Then sprint to the finish line to find your ranking!

You do! You can win a variety of new items if you do well in the mini-games. These are items that will give you a leg up in the Harathon! And if you do well in the Harathon, you can win some new mounts!

Any player over level 10 can take part in the Harathon. But it might get a bit dangerous on the higher-level maps if you are at a lower level -- don't say we didn't warn you!

You can get these if you participate in particular tournaments. - And even more Companions, just waiting to be discovered!

Each Collection package contains one great Hero. Collect them all to complete the set!

During the Harathon, you'll have the chance to get all kinds of special limited-time Mount badges. If you get one, please make sure to use it during the limited time period -- 'cause as soon as time's up, the badge's gone!

It's a great, new feature with randomly generated variables! You need to be Level 9 to unlock this feature. Once you do, enter to win Weapon Fusion Materials.

There's a clearer hierarchy of rewards and events. It's more convenient to claim your Daily Bonus, and check out current or upcoming Daily Events. For most Level-45 players, the most important thing to pay attention to is that you can only get Fusion Materials from Challenge Rush.

With the fix dated July 12, the materials now required to level up your PvP weapons and crystals are what they were originally meant to be. However, there are many of you who have voiced concerns regarding the imbalance caused by this, since many players who upgraded their PvP items before the fix have a huge advantage over those who did not. To address this and to ensure that PvP is fair for everyone, we decided to do the following: 1) Reset all players' PvP weapons; 2) Return all the materials and gold previously used to upgrade the weapon. This way, after the reset you can upgrade using all the materials you have acquired previously in the game, but this time the upgrade level will be consistent with the current amount required. We have also sent out compensation for the inconvenience caused by the issue.

Some advanced mounts will be given a flying ability when evolved. Ride your Flying Mount to soar through the skies of Haradon and have an unprecedented airborne experience.

You need to collect enough Flying Instruction Scrolls, amongst other things. They can be bought from the Companions Association merchants.

When a mount with a flying ability is summoned, you can adjust the flying altitude with the icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen and use the D-Pad to control the direction. Tilt down to adjust the flying angle until you land.

Here are some suggestions: 1. Don't fly too high! 2. Don't attempt to cancel when you are flying! 3. Please keep an eye on your flying energy. 4. Try not to fight with enemies when you are flying. 5. You can use a Corridor to get back to a familiar place if you get lost. 6. Zoom out all the way to maximize visibility.

You cannot ride a mount in fly mode in the no-fly zone. Classic Dungeons, Solo Dungeons, the Battlefield and Open PvP areas are no-fly zones.

Each map has its own flying level restrictions. You will be allowed to fly on this map when you have reached the corresponding level.

Each mount has flying energy. When you go into flying mode, energy will be continuously consumed. When your energy is empty, you cannot fly again until it is recovered. You have different ways to recover it: * You can spend Contract Powder to recover it. * You can also spend Runes or consume special items to recover it.

Players can catch Companions with certain items, and certain Companions can be looted.

Maps will be refreshed with this info. Alternatively, you can find out about this in the Info Center.

You can FIND Companions with others, but there can only be one owner per Companion.

Travel to each possible Companion location listed in the Info Center -- one of them is certain to be the right spot!

It's especially fun if you are a collector. But also, if you are looking for stronger Companions, you can "Trade" certain weaker Companions for Contract Powder!

You can win a Harvestide Costume if you finish the Harvestide quests, dungeons and events.

You can win a Harvestide Costume material if you finish Harvestide quests, dungeons and the event.

According to the game design, the Luxury Chest's list of possible prizes contains only the best items you can win from it. The actual number of items you can win is very large. Note also that, of the items mentioned in the list, you can only win the items suitable for your class or which can be used by any class, such as the Artist's Heart, etc.

You can receive class-specific items from the Luxury Chest. However, some items were designed to be used by more than one class. Thus, Mages and Monks (as well as Warriors and Blood Knights) share some items.

The War Suit is one of the most powerful types of equipment in the game! It is split into separate pieces, which will activate special attributes. For this update, you'll need to get the rare Level-55 armor first. Then you can get a special crafting material from the Level-55 Legendary Dungeon. This will help you to craft the War Suit.

Only select pieces of high-tier equipment can be part of a War Suit. Just check an item's attribute page to see if it has any War Suit Attributes.

War Suit Attributes are the bonuses you can unlock by equipping the required number of matching War Suit pieces.

A new dungeon mode has been created that allows you to join low GS-requirement dungeons to help other players. You need to be at least level 45 to become a Guide. Feel free to check the rules for further details.

To use this feature, you have to reach Level 45. Only then will you see this mode available on the Dungeon >> Legendary mode page. You need to be alone in order to enter the queue and join a new party. Also, the dungeons you can join depend on your GS. The higher your GS, the more dungeons you can join.

You can't get chests in this mode, but as a Guide you'll receive extra Favor when you successfully complete a Dungeon. Also, defeating bosses in this mode won't consume Fatigue.

The upgraded challenge system now includes the following: enhanced UI, weekly Challenges and a new milestone challenge where you can get big rewards if you finish the daily or weekly challenges.

The weekly challenges are objectives that you will get every week. You will have only one week to complete these challenges to get rewards.

You can start the new adventure by talking to Sazane in Foal Caravan, in the Drywind Wastes. Follow these steps in order to find Sazane more easily: 1) If you've completed all of the main quests in Sunken Hollows, talk to Franklin in the Abyss of Silence, in Sunken Hollows. He will tell you how to get to the Drywind Wastes. 2) If you haven't completed all of the main quests in Sunken Hollows (or if you simply don't want to speak with Franklin), you can also accept the quest using the Quest Guide icon in the HUD as long as you are level 45.

There is no limit to enter the Drywind Wastes, but you must be at least level 45 to start new quests in this new location.

In this update, you can find a beautiful desert land full of new quests, demanding dungeons, terrible enemies and fearsome bosses. Experience a brand-new story and discover the secret behind the Ro'an's Blessed Lantern. Who will get their hands on this powerful artifact first and change the fate of Haradon forever?

This is not needed. But if you complete the quests from the previous maps, it will help you to understand the story and better immerse yourself in the world of Haradon.

The content in the Festival Solo Dungeon, Main Quests and Sub-Quests is basically the same as last year. But there is also additional content -- a new festival milestone.

There are two new Festive War Suits you can craft and fuse. When you equip a Festive War Suit, you will earn extra powers, GS points, and get a nifty cosmetic effect.

There are two new Festive War Suits: 1) Legendary Festive Suit: Wear all four different Legendary Festive apparel items and you'll gain some additional powers. You will increase the damage you deal and get a fun cosmetic effect. 2) Legendary Frosty Suit: Wear all four different Legendary Frosty apparel items and you'll get some additional powers. You will decrease the damage you receive, and get a cool cosmetic effect.

You can win these fashionable new items by joining the Festival, finishing the Festival milestone and opening Nostice presents.

You can always create the Festive War Suits after the Festival ends using the provided materials. If you do not have them, you can get the relevant materials the next time the Festival occurs.

Please make sure you are wearing all four top-level (Legendary-level) apparel items. Also, those apparel items should be from a particular Festive War Suit, such as the Legendary Festive Suit or the Legendary Frosty Suit.

The new Companions in this update include the Snowman, Regifter, and the Winter Reindeer during Winter Nostice; join the Companion Catch to get the Sandcrawler and the Flamecrawler. Moreover, Grade-SS ancient legendary dragons are coming soon! You'll have a chance to sign a contract with them -- to become a hero accompanied by one of the strongest dragons in Haradon!

This is a new multiplayer dungeon mode designed to push your limits! A different dungeon with multiple stages will open each week. As you clear each stage, you'll unlock harder stages, some with special obstacles to overcome. You can find this feature in your Dungeon menu.

Bosses and enemies won't drop items, but you will earn a Chest after each cleared stage. You can find these Chests in the main menu. There will also be a statue in Coramir honoring the top team on the weekly Leaderboard.

In this mode, each dungeon has a time limit. You must defeat a certain number of enemies PLUS the boss within that time limit to clear the stage. Once time runs out, you immediately fail the challenge.

Your character must be at level 55, and your Gear Score must be over 10,000. Then you can join the Epic Challenge.
