When you are trying to reset your account password, you should get an email with the link. If you click on it and get an error message reading "Validation key is wrong," please make sure you are not trying to access the link from a PC. Please copy the link and paste it into your mobile browser.

We are aware of the issues that sometimes occur with different quests which prevent our players from finishing them for various reasons. One of those reasons is that there are some NPCs that are missing or not responding. These issues are regularly taken care of on Tuesdays during the weekly server maintenances.

If you cannot remember your Gameloft LIVE! password, please follow these steps to recover it: Start the game; at the login screen, tap on the blue GL LIVE icon; tap the “Recover password” icon; enter your email address; check your email -- you will see your username and a link to reset the password. If you do not receive the link, it means your account is tied to another email address so you will need to check your other email accounts to find the link.

Some of our players have informed us about the issues they encounter with the game chat. Please use the following tips in order to make sure the issue is not happening due to some settings on your side. First of all, please make sure that the "Global" icon in the chat window is not muted. Try to mute and unmute the icon. Then you should make sure that your language is not blocked: Tap the "LANG." icon in the chat window and untick the corresponding flag icon. This information should help you avoid the most common issues with the game chat.

If you re-installed the game or installed it on a new device, you can recover your progress by simply logging into the game with the same account you used before. However, please note that the game doesn't support cross-platforming. This means that your progress cannot be transferred from one platform to another. For example, if you were playing on Android, you cannot continue on an iOS device or vice versa.

If your game still crashes upon launch or after playing for some time, here are a few possible solutions. Free up more operating memory for the game (go to Applications → Running → Stop) and have as much free space as possible. If the game still crashes, try restarting your device. You can also perform a soft reset by removing the battery from your device, then re-inserting it after one minute (this can somtimes resolve issues, such as crashed apps, without clearing data from your device). Please note that the "Reset" icon under your exhaustion bar (Char. menu > Team > Dungeon) resets your energy, not your dungeon, and you use an Energy Tablet when tapping this icon. It's a new game feature -- another option for you to reset your energy.

Guild leaders can invite other Guilds to become allies or rivals (the invited Guild's leader will also need to accept or decline the invitation). The world of Haradon will alter for the members of the guilds accordingly. Allied Guild members cannot attack each other, even in PvP Zones (does not apply in PvP Arenas). There is an NPC named Yun Tianxin (Trial Master) who sells Amulets for Eastern Golden Ingots, so you can purchase the necessary Amulet from this NPC and try to complete the trial again.

It's a new story dungeon that speaks of a prophecy about a new world (to be released in future updates). The dungeon contains 2 bosses.

If you defeat the Zither too early, the buff will expire before the skill is released and your team will be wiped out.
